Data deletion

Last updated: October 2, 2026

Remove PostAll from Instagram or Threads, or disconnect the account in PostAll, and PostAll deletes what it stored for it. Got a confirmation code? Its link brings you back here to check on the request.

How to delete your data

  • Disconnect it in PostAll. On the Accounts page, choose Disconnect next to the account. It's deleted straight away.
  • Remove PostAll in Instagram or Threads. In Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites. In Threads: Settings → Account → Website permissions. Meta lets PostAll know and it deletes the account automatically. If you ask for your data to be deleted there, you get a confirmation code and a link to this page.
  • Email us. To delete your whole PostAll account, email support@your-domain.com.

What gets deleted

The connected account's encrypted access token, its Instagram or Threads ID and the profile details stored with it (username, name and profile picture link). PostAll can no longer post to it. Your posts stay in your PostAll history until you delete them, and anything already published stays on Instagram or Threads until you delete it there. The Privacy Policy has the details.
