Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use PostAll, a publicly available service operated by the PostAll operator (“we”, “us”). Creators, businesses and anyone else who signs up can use it to write a post once and publish or schedule it to their own accounts on X, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube. By creating an account or using PostAll you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use PostAll.

• Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself.
• You are responsible for everything done through your PostAll account.
• Only connect social accounts you own or are allowed to manage, and only on platforms where you meet the minimum age. You must be at least 13 to use PostAll.

• You own what you post. You give PostAll only the permission it needs to store your posts and media and send them to the platforms you choose, at the times you choose.
• You are responsible for your content and for every post you publish or schedule through PostAll: that you have the rights and licences it needs (including music, images, video and anyone who appears in it), that it is lawful, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
• You are responsible for the disclosures each platform requires, such as labelling commercial content, paid partnerships or branded content, and AI-generated content. PostAll gives you the controls each platform offers, but you decide what applies to your post.
• Check your posts before scheduling them. PostAll publishes what you tell it to, where you tell it to, and never posts anything you didn't send with Post now or Schedule.

Each platform has its own terms, community guidelines and limits, and they apply to everything PostAll publishes for you. You must follow the terms of every platform you post to, including:

• TikTok: Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and Branded Content Policy
• Instagram: Terms of Use and Community Guidelines
• Threads: Threads Supplemental Terms of Use
• X: Terms of Service and the X Rules
• YouTube: Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• LinkedIn: User Agreement and Professional Community Policies

A platform may reject, limit, delay or remove a post, restrict who can see it, or restrict an account, and PostAll has no control over that. PostAll is not affiliated with or endorsed by X, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google or YouTube.

PostAll uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel to PostAll, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's use of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

Don't use PostAll to:

• post spam, or run fake or coordinated inauthentic accounts;
• post anything illegal, harassing, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• get around a platform's limits, rules or enforcement;
• break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer PostAll, or access other people's data.

PostAll depends on each platform's API, which can change, slow down or stop at any time. Scheduled posts may be late, may fail, or may need you to reconnect an account. PostAll shows the result of every post so you can check and retry. We may change, pause or discontinue PostAll or any feature.

PostAll is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability and non-infringement. We don't promise that any post will be published, published on time, or look exactly the same on every platform.

To the extent the law allows, the PostAll operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost content, followers, reach, revenue or data, arising from your use of PostAll or from the actions of any platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using PostAll at any time: disconnect your accounts on the Accounts page and ask us to delete your account (see Data deletion). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put PostAll or the platforms at risk.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. If you keep using PostAll after a change, you accept the updated terms.
